Macro-Level Implementation Plan
The first artifact is an implementation plan I developed to support macro-level change within the client system at my internship site. The plan was designed to conduct a needs assessment and propose quality improvements to the services offered by the agency. This initiative reflects my ability to intervene strategically at the organizational level, using structured planning to promote sustainable change. By aligning the intervention with agency goals and stakeholder needs, I demonstrated my capacity to fulfill Competency 8 of the Council on Social Work Education (2015).

Macro-Level Intervention SMART Goal
The second artifact is a SMART goal outlining the specific action steps I was responsible for in executing the macro-level intervention. This goal provided a clear framework for implementation, including measurable objectives, timelines, and accountability structures. It served as a roadmap for translating vision into practice, reinforcing my ability to engage in purposeful, outcome-driven intervention. Through this process, I demonstrated a commitment to systems-level change and the practical application of Competency 8 in a real-world setting.
