Internal Grant Development Assessment Survey
The first artifact is a faculty assessment survey I developed during my internship at the university's Scholar and Grant Development Office (SGDO). Created using an online survey platform, the tool was designed to evaluate the internal grant development process by gathering feedback from faculty who had previously received internal grant awards. This targeted approach allowed for meaningful data collection and analysis, demonstrating my ability to assess organizational systems and engage in reflective evaluation practices. The project aligns with Competency 7 of the Council on Social Work Education (2015), showcasing my capacity to design and implement assessment tools that inform program improvement.

Faculty Grant Application Analysis
The second artifact is a compiled dataset of faculty members who applied for research funding or grant awards. To maintain confidentiality, all identifying information was removed. This collection served as the foundation for analyzing faculty success rates and identifying gaps in departmental funding applications. By interpreting this data, I was able to assess systemic barriers and opportunities for improvement within the grant development process. This artifact further illustrates my ability to assess organizational dynamics and contribute to data-informed decision-making, in alignment with CSWE's Competency 7.
