Learning Contract

This learning contract was developed collaboratively with my Field Instructor and Faculty Liaison during my undergraduate social work field placement at SUNY Brockport's Grant Development Office (January 2022 - May 2022). The contract outlines specific tasks, practice activities, and timeframes for demonstrating each of the 9 CSWE competencies in a macro-level practice setting. Through this placement, I gained hands-on experience in grant research, IRB processes, proposal review, and supporting faculty scholarly activity—all while applying social work values to advance human rights, social justice, and equitable access to educational resources.
